Viewing Web Reservations via the web resrvation system

1. Login to your online reservation system utility page. This is accomplished by bringing up the URL for your web reservation system, and adding the letters  'util' to the end of the address so that it looks like this:  ...../resutil
2. You will need to login to to the Reservation Utility page. (If you do not have or do not remember your login and password, contact Hudson Tech Support.).
3. Select the link labled: View Reservation Records
4. You can then set the specific date and other filters that are needed along with either a detailed or summary view of reservations.
5. Click View Reservations when the filter critera are set.

Viewing Web Reservations via the local office reservation system

1. Open and login to HWeb Agent
2. Press Shift + F3 (or other custom hotkey configuration) to open the Advanced Search Menu.
3. In the "find what" box, type  WEB
4. Change the search filter dot from ResID to AGENT
5. Set the date selector to the specific date, or date range you wish to see.
6. Press the Find It Button  to view the results
