Your standard Hudson Web Reservation site logo may be too large or not optimally sized for display on an HWeb iQuick Home Screen. It is possible to override your default site logo and replace it with something more appropriate. Setting the iQuick logo is a 2 step process:
- Upload your image file
- Add custom token to the web system
Upload your image file
- Login to your Web Reservation site.
-
Utilities Tab > Upload File > Add New
Token
- Click the "Browse" button and look for and select the image to be uploaded.
- Ensure the image is properly sized and is saved in a valid format (.jpg, .gif, .tif, .png, .bmp)
- Select "images" from the Subdirectory drop list menu.
- When ready, click "Upload" button to complete the process.
Add Custom Token to the web system
- Login to your Web Reservation site.
- To insert information, you first need to create a custom token on the
web utility site.
- Favorites Tab > Token Configuration > Add New
Token
- The Token name must be: IQUICK_LOGO and
should be set as a User Defined Token.
- The Description can be something similiar to: Logo used on iQuick welcome screen.
- Into the "String" area
you may enter the link to your newly uploaded image file. The format of the string should be in the form of:
- <center><img SRC=[IMAGENAME.PNG]></center>
- Where [IMAGENAME.PNG] is replaced with the actual name of the uploaded image.
- For Example: <center><img SRC=thg_logo-iphone.png></center>
Note: HTML Tags may be used to center or justify the image. Centering is generally the preferred format Tag.
You should now be able to launch your HWeb iQuick site on iPhone, iPod touch or in Safari, and the new override logo should be displayed.
