Grid
A Grid Definition File (GDF) is the main component of the HWebDispatcher. A grid is a "window into the database", it displays information in customized way, to help faciliate dispatching and "ad hoc" reporting. Multiple GDFs when opend togehter build the platform for users to perform dispatching.

Point to Point
Point to Point is commonly used for Non-Airport transportation. Fares can be automatically calculated, by using a Zone Matrix. Travel from ZONE1 to ZONE2 has a particular fare automatically calculated. Zones are set in the fare table for each location. A zone can be a single location or a collection of locations. If zone pricing is not desirable mileage pricing can also be done. Microsoft MapPoint 2002 or higher is required for Mileage pricing.
